Creamy chocolate summer treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chocolate Base

01 - 2 cups whole milk
02 - ¾ cup heavy cream
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
06 - 1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
07 - ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a large saucepan and pour in your milk, cream, sugar and cocoa powder. Heat it over medium heat until you see tiny bubbles forming around the edges - just a light simmer is perfect. Immediately take it off the heat once it starts to simmer.
02 - Drop your chocolate chips into a blender. Pour the hot milk mixture over them and let everything hang out for about 2 minutes so the chocolate starts melting. Add your vanilla and sea salt, then blend until everything is silky smooth.
03 - Pour your chocolatey mixture into 8 popsicle molds and pop them in the freezer for about half an hour. After 30 minutes, stick wooden popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze overnight (or at least 12 hours) until they're completely solid.
04 - When you're ready to enjoy, run the bottom of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, or let them sit on the counter for a couple minutes. Gently wiggle the popsicles free and enjoy your homemade chocolatey treat!

# Notes:

01 - These creamy fudge popsicles taste just like the ones from your childhood, but even better because they're homemade!
02 - For a fancy twist, try dipping the frozen pops in melted chocolate and sprinkling with chopped nuts or flaky sea salt. Just place them on a wax paper-lined pan and pop back in the freezer until set.
