Sweet and savory salmon dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon and Seasoning

01 - 24 oz boneless, skinless salmon filet (cut into 6 pieces, 4 oz each)
02 - 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
03 - 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
04 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 2 Tbsp light olive oil (or any high-heat cooking oil)

→ Honey Glaze

06 - 1/4 cup honey
07 - 2 Tbsp soy sauce

→ Garnish

08 - 1 lime, cut into wedges
09 - 1 Tbsp chives, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix 1/4 cup honey and 2 Tbsp soy sauce in a measuring cup until well combined. Set aside while you prepare the salmon.
02 - Sprinkle both sides of your salmon fillets with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Pour the flour onto a shallow plate and gently coat both sides of each salmon piece, making sure to shake off any excess.
03 - Heat your large non-stick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. While the pan is heating, brush one side of the salmon generously with half of your honey glaze.
04 - Once the oil is hot, place the salmon in the pan with the glazed side down. While it's cooking, brush the top side with the remaining glaze. Cook for about 3 minutes on the first side until caramelized, then carefully flip and cook another 3 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily.
05 - Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top of your caramelized salmon and garnish with chopped chives if desired. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - This honey-glazed salmon is juicy, flaky, and deeply satisfying. It's perfect served with steamy, fluffy white rice for a complete meal.
02 - You can portion this recipe as either 4 generous 6-oz servings or 6 smaller 4-oz servings depending on your needs.
