Easy Halloween Oreo Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 Golden Oreo cookies
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, brought to room temperature
03 - 10 ounces vanilla candy melts or white dipping wafers
04 - 1 package candy eyeballs

# Instructions:

01 - Get a large baking sheet ready by covering it with parchment paper. Set it aside where you can easily reach it.
02 - Add the Golden Oreos to your food processor and pulse them until they turn into super fine crumbs - you don't want any big chunks left.
03 - Transfer the cookie crumbs into a big mixing bowl along with the softened cream cheese. Mix everything together until you get a smooth, well-blended mixture.
04 - Scoop out portions of the mixture using a cookie scoop to make roughly 1-inch sized balls. Roll each one between your hands to smooth them out nicely. Arrange them on your parchment-lined sheet, then pop everything in the freezer for half an hour so they firm up.
05 - Following the directions on the package, melt your vanilla candy melts. Once melted, pour the white chocolate into a small bowl or glass for easy dipping.
06 - Take one truffle at a time and place it on a fork. Dip it into the melted white chocolate, rotating to cover all sides. Let extra chocolate drip off by gently tapping the fork against the bowl's edge. Remember - the ball should rest on top of the fork, not be pierced by it. Move each coated ball back to the baking sheet.
07 - Spoon leftover melted chocolate into a ziplock bag and snip off a tiny corner. Drizzle thin lines of chocolate back and forth across each ball to look like mummy bandages. Immediately press two candy eyes onto each one while the chocolate is still wet. If your chocolate sets too fast, just dab a little melted chocolate on the back of each eye before attaching.
08 - Put the tray in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate coating hardens completely. Then they're ready to eat and enjoy!
