# Ingredients:

→ Chocolate Base

01 - One 12-ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips

→ Colorful Layers

02 - One 12-ounce bag of white chocolate melting wafers or white chocolate chips
03 - One 12-ounce package of navy blue candy melts

→ Festive Toppings

04 - Patriotic red, white, and blue M&M candies for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Gently melt your semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second bursts and stirring well between each interval to prevent burning. You can also follow the melting instructions on your chocolate package for best results.
02 - Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper, spreading it into a thin, even layer. Pop it in the fridge and let it chill until it feels just firm to the touch but not completely set.
03 - Melt your white chocolate or candy melts until smooth and creamy. Spread about half of this white mixture over your chocolate base in an even layer.
04 - Melt the blue candy melts until smooth, then drizzle it over the white layer. Add the remaining white chocolate on top, then grab a toothpick, knife, or spoon to gently swirl all the colors together for a beautiful marbled effect.
05 - Sprinkle your red, white, and blue M&Ms over the top while the chocolate is still soft. Let everything set completely in the refrigerator, then break or cut into generous pieces for serving.

01 - For the best results, add each new layer when the previous one is starting to firm up but hasn't completely hardened yet - this helps the layers bond together nicely.
02 - Keep your finished bark stored in a covered container in a cool spot or in the refrigerator to maintain its perfect texture and appearance.
