I started making these appetizers when I got tired of serving the same boring party snacks and they've totally changed how I entertain because they're not just super easy to make but they look like something from a fancy restaurant which always surprises people when I tell them how simple they are and the best part is you can make most of them ahead of time so you're not stuck in the kitchen when your friends are over plus they use regular ingredients you probably already have and they're really easy to adapt based on what's in season or what you're in the mood for and everyone always ends up asking for the recipes because they can't believe how uncomplicated they are to put together.
